Materials We Have Experience Manufacturing
Our machine shop has extensive experience machining a wide range of materials, including stainless steels, titanium alloys, and high-performance plastics. Over the years, we’ve built a strong track record of delivering precision-machined components across industries such as aerospace, medical, defense, and industrial equipment.
We work with a variety of stainless-steel grades, including A-286, 303, 304, 316, 430, 430F, 17-4, and Nitronic 60. Our team understands how each grade behaves during machining and is skilled in producing consistent, high-quality results—whether for high-strength, corrosion-resistant, or specialty applications.
We machine a variety of brass alloys, including C260, C360, and C464. These materials offer excellent machinability and are ideal for precision fittings, valves, and decorative components. Our team delivers consistent results with tight tolerance and smooth finishes.
Our aluminum capabilities include 2024, 6061, 6063, 7075, and MIC-6. These grades are widely used across aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications. We understand the unique machining considerations aluminum requires and ensure high-quality, accurate parts.
Our titanium machining capabilities include Titanium Grade 2 and Titanium 6AL-4V. These materials require precision and expertise, and our machinists are well-versed in handling their unique machining challenges while maintaining tight tolerances and clean finishes.
We also have extensive experience working with engineering plastics, including Acetal (Delrin), Peek, Teflon (PTFE), Tefzel, Torlon, and Vespel. These materials are often used in demanding environments, and we take special care to machine them properly to avoid warping, contamination, or surface defects.
